My name is Torrey and I was born and raised in Clarence, Iowa. I have 3 years of experience working in Michelin-reviewed establishments in Chicago along with 7 years focused on the craft of sourdough baking. In 2021 we began the restoration of the Ford Garage and converted the showroom into our humble bakehouse.
Jaya comes from Columbia, South Carolina and she has an excellent eye for food design. Being from the South; Jaya inspires most of our Southern flavors like Sweet Potato pie and peach cobbler.
Together we aim to create a menu and ambiance that feels & tastes like home. We hope to see y'all soon!
